We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days with the original receipt and packaging and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Refer to our return policy below for more information.

Shipping
Four shipping options are available for merchandise delivery:

Orders usually ship within one business day. Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size or weight. We do not ship outside of the continental United States

In-Store Pickup
Orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 2 pm the following business day. We'll gladly accommodate expediated pickup; just call to confirm your order. Unless special arrangements are made, orders must to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Special Orders
A special order is an arrangement to request specialty products that we do not normally carry. Your deposit for a special order is non-refundable once the product has arrived at our store. If for some reason we are unable to obtain the item you ordered, a full refund for your deposit will be issued.

Back-orders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly unavailable and may be back-ordered. In this instance, we will only charge your credit card for merchandise that has actually shipped. The total shipping fee for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

Return Policy
In-Store Purchases: We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must have their original packaging and must be presented with the original receipt.

Please note that we do not accept bicycle returns after 3 days. Prior to 3 days, a 25% restocking fee is charged for bicycle returns.

Online Purchases: If there’s a problem with your online purchase, you can bring it to our store or ship it back. Product must be returned in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt. Ship returns via UPS or insured US Mail; we do not accept CODs.

We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Items returned that appear used will be sent back. Labor fees are non-refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

Bicycle Service Pick Up Policy
Bikes left for service are to be picked up within 7 days of service completion. After 7 days, each bike is subject to a storage fee of $2/day. Bikes left for more than 60 days will be considered surrendered property and put up for public auction.

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices for our offerings and we strive for similar accuracy for any other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should the information we provide be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention when you stop by the shop or via phone or email.

Privacy and Security
We protect your privacy using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information you provide and prevents outside parties from intercepting your transaction. When viewing your account details, only  the last five digits of your credit card number can be seen. For expedience, you may also securely store your billing information in your Breakaway online account.
